  • Automatic Charges: By starting a subscription, you authorize My Believer Shop to charge your provided payment method for each recurring period.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the price of subscription items. However, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via email (sandhunav757@gmail.com) before any price change takes effect.

3. Management & Cancellation

We believe in flexibility. You are in full control of your subscription:

  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

  • No Cancellation Fees: There are no hidden fees or penalties for canceling your subscription.

4. Skip or Pause

Not ready for your next delivery? You can "Pause" or "Skip" a month through your customer portal. This allows you to keep your subscription active without being charged for a specific period.

5. Refunds on Subscriptions

Refunds for subscription renewals follow our standard Refund Policy. If a renewal payment is processed because a cancellation request was made after the deadline, that specific shipment may not be eligible for a refund unless the product is faulty.
