International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide from our Queensland warehouse. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, contact us at support@mybelievershop.com.
Return Window & Condition
✔ You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
✔ Items must be New & Unused in original packaging to be eligible.
✔ For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, hairbrushes with broken seals, and personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Method & Fees
✔ Method: Returns are accepted By Mail.
✔ Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns (Change of Mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
✔ Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 USD).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@mybelievershop.com with your order number.
- Wait for a Return Authorisation (RA) number and address confirmation.
- Ship the parcel using a trackable service to our Queensland warehouse.
- Address: 66 Windemere Rd, Alexandra Hills QLD 4161, Australia.
Once your return is received and inspected (within 3 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Regular priced items are eligible for refund. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty according to ACL guarantees.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
