At My Believer Shop, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible from our Alexandra Hills, Queensland hub. Because we aim for fast turnaround times, there is a limited window in which an order can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sandhunav757@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched (typically within 2–6 hours of purchase).
  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed over to our delivery partners, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring orders of beauty products, cosmetics, or accessories:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing us.
  • Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
  • If a cancellation is made after the billing cycle has processed, that specific shipment will be delivered and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
3. Out of Stock & Backorders

In rare instances, an item you ordered (such as a specific toy or cosmetic) may become unavailable.

  • If we cannot fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order on our end.
  • You will be notified immediately via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. How to Request a Cancellation

5. Refund Processing for Cancellations

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have the right to a remedy for major failures or if a product is not as described. This cancellation policy does not override those rights. For faulty or misrepresented items, you may seek a full refund even after dispatch.
