📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our hub in Alexandra Hills, QLD 4161, Australia (administrative & dispatch center).
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
What are your shipping rates?
Australia: Standard FREE (2-8 days), Express $3.58 (1-4 days). Canada/UK/NZ/USA: Standard FREE (6-27 days), Fast Shipping $4.00 (6-27 days). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times range from 6-27 business days. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbours/local post office. We'll help file a claim with the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2-4 hours of placing your order. Once processed, we cannot cancel, but you may return the item under our 30-day policy.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! For many beauty products, you can choose a subscription at checkout to save time and money on recurring deliveries.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a tax invoice/receipt is automatically emailed to you after purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and PCI compliant payment gateways. We never store full credit card details.

Is NAVBHH your own brand?
Yes! NAVBHH® is our registered Australian trademark (No. 2439901). We design and manufacture our own hairbrushes and accessories exclusively for My Believer Shop.
Are your beauty products authentic?
Absolutely. We only source from reputable suppliers or manufacture our own NAVBHH products. Every item is 100% authentic.
Are toys safety-tested?
Yes. All toys meet Australian safety standards. Check the age rating in each product description before purchasing.
What if an item is out of stock?
We update inventory daily. Sign up for our newsletter or email us, and we'll notify you when it's back in stock.
Where can I find product ingredients?

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Cosmetic products must have intact seals. See our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@mybelievershop.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind, you pay return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we provide a free return label (Australian returns only).
Can I return after 30 days?
For change of mind, no. For faults or Australian Consumer Law rights, yes – contact us regardless of time.
👤 Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your address for faster checkout.
How do you protect my data?
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails (order confirmations) will still be sent.
